Meet Kaitlin, Soundtrack’s fabulous Production Manager! Kaitlin graduated from UMass Lowell in 2021 with a Bachelor of Music in Composition for New Media. She is your go-to for any of your audio needs, helping clients and our engineers with anything and everything they need, all with a smile on her face and a creative flair!

Operations Manager
Donna Raymond
Donna has always known she wanted to work at a studio (and be married to a musician). Since beginning her career in 1984 as a receptionist, Donna has been a dedicated Soundtracker ever since (and married a musician). Climbing the ranks through the accounting ladder, moving between both the New York, and Boston locations, and overseeing and managing daily operations of Soundtrack Boston, Donna has made an everlasting impression on the values and service Soundtrack provides. As Operations Manager, Donna has been responsible for the conception of Soundtracks quality services and training of front-of-house staff.
